If we go back the early actions and not only justify by the river, I thinks it’s a bad fold. This whole hand play strangely from the beginning.
Henry open cutoff, Alec call at Middle Blind with a Straddle behind. Flops comes AsQs8. Flop x/x, turns Alex leads and Henry call.
1) On what hand Henry will bet flop?
I can’t really find a slow play here on strong hands like sets, 2 pairs, mixed in with semi bluff flush draw and gut shot.
2) What hand Henry will makes decisions to check back on flop?
Weak ace, 2nd pair, Jacks, Tens, Nines.
3) Turn Alec leads and Henry calls.
4) This is where the strange play came in. If Alec leads on turn, why he check the river to pray for a bluff from Henry? Alec gets what he wants which Henry bets and he raise, then he should ready to call down if Henry 3 bets. I don’t know what hand can call down if a bottom full house wasn’t 1 here when it’s only 30-ish%, he needs to be right 1 out of 3.
Good fold, nah, bad fold maybe not too. Possibly a nitty and scare money fold with lots of paradox decisions instead of a well-planed execution.

If you’re not going to call when someone reraise you then what’s the point of you raising him. It’s not like you have nothing. You have a full house. If you thinks that he have a better full house then you should just call him instead of raising. SMH
The fold is justified because how many people can recognize Alec's strength and come over the top by bluffing on the river? It was just an insane play by Henry.
Ive lost this type of hand many times calling with bottom full house. Great players can lay down monster 2nd best hands but can be wrong sometimes.
