Ahhhh…White Castle! Love it or hate it relationship! I am on the LOVE side…grew up in Chicago going to Saturday night dances at the local YMCA…and White Castle was next door…great place to congregate, back in the day!! Have even made White Castle stuffing for Thanksgiving turkey!! Just watch out for the onion..they have a kick that lasts all day!!
