Footballers and celebs banned from gambling adverts

Footballers and celebrities will no longer be allowed to appear on gambling and betting adverts under new rules introduced by the UK’s advertising regulator.

The changes have been introduced by the Committee of Advertising Practice to protect under-18s and other vulnerable groups.

  1. Advertising gambling should be banned full stop. Not only because they target specific people, but also because the adverts are annoying af!

  2. Gambling addiction is only found in the mentally weak. Merson and Shilton, not exactly known for their brains are they?! What a joke.

  3. It's funny I know these football federations know some of referees, players and managers are involved with taking bribes and betting ion their own games right?
Just the way they work with gambling sites so blatantly is very funny.

  4. Good news, no it's not, oiy, GEEZER WANNA BETπŸ˜πŸ€¬πŸ†˜πŸ’―πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ—£οΈπŸ˜΅πŸ€«πŸ€‘πŸ’ΈπŸ’ͺ✌️

  5. Go a step further and ban gambling. Nope ..too many tax dollars to be made off the financial naivety of hard working folk.

  6. Not only do men seem to have all the dictator roles filled; it appears that they make up all of the gamblers, too. Coincidence?
