I think that the Chinese arrested and deported are not suspects. They are arrested and deported. A suspect is more sudpected of a crime but not gone to the court yet so not guilty. So Immigration arrested people are already guilty otherwide they would be free.

Wow, I went to that casino in 2013. It was like a no man’s land with gangs working outside… Scary place and I got stuck there for 24 hours. I don’t think it’s officially in Cambodia as you don’t go through Cambodian immigration until after you leave that compound.
